Christmas Trading Dates

We are no longer able to guarantee deliver pre-Christmas.

There will be a delay in fulfilment of orders from December 19th through January 2nd as our Production and Customer Service teams are closed. Orders placed during this period will be fulfilled after January 3rd.

Our Art Team will continue to be available during this period, with artwork being sent through for your review. We are happy to continue to accept orders during this period.

If you order is urgent please contact our Customer Service team and we will check if we can meet your deadline.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer flat rate shipping of $14.95 within the USA. This means that no matter how much you purchase the shipping cost will not increase.

All orders are dispatched via USPS with tracking included. As orders are delivered through USPS, we are able to deliver to PO Boxes.

How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?

Production time is dependent on the product(s) ordered. Each product has a “Production Time” tab which will provide you with an estimate of production time. Generally speaking please allow 5-10 business days for engraved items and approx. 15 business days for printed items such as Golf Balls and Koozies.

Please let us know if you need your order urgently and we will let you know if we can meet your deadline. In 99% of cases the answer is yes.

How long does it take for orders to be delivered once dispatched?

90% of orders are delivered within 3-6 business days from dispatch. If you live in outlying or regional areas or delivery is during a holiday period please allow some additional time for delivery. You are able to track the progress of your delivery here.

Returns & Exchanges

Personalized Favors is a family owned and operated business and has become the business it is today because of our customer service.

We work closely with you following your purchase to ensure you receive products which you will brag about to your family and friends. This starts the minute your order is received. With our graphic designers providing a professionally prepared artproof with every order and offering unlimited revisions. We make sure we don’t start the production process until you have approved your artwork.

We are unfortunately unable to provide a refund or exchange if there is a mistake on an approved artproof, so please make sure you check the spelling and details carefully, including names and dates.

We have perfected our packing process so we experience very few breakages, however in the very unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit please send through a photo of the damaged product and we will organise a replacement.
